1. Importing and exporting theological books and other educational media.
2. Writing, publishing and re-printing textbooks and other serious theological works.
3. Re-editing, contextualising, and reprinting books and other educational material.
4. Distributing books and other educational media to the target people and institutions.
5. Encouraging and sponsoring the writing of serious theological works.
6. Publishing newsletters, magazines & journals which will help to promote the goals of ACTS.
7. Developing other media for the purposes of Christian education.
8. Assisting in the development of theological libraries through providing books and also offering library staff training and specialised library services.
9. Offering assistance beyond Nigeria to other African nations, including the Francophone countries.
